Online Creative Journalling Course for Pregnancy

Take some time out of life and focus on the inner journey you are making during the transformative rite of passage of pregnancy and birth.

🌟 Explore your hopes and fears around pregnancy, birth and parenting.

🌟 Learn grounding breathing techniques and settling exercises (that can be used during birth too!)

🌟 Be guided in meditation to connect with your pregnancy and baby

We spend so much time collecting external information when we are pregnant, this is your chance to deepen your inner knowing.

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no experience of art or journalling is necessary.

All you will need is a journal, some art materials and an open heart.

The next course begins on the 5th March from 19.30-21.00 and will run over Zoom for the next 6 Tuesdays.
