Pregnancy Circles cost £10.50 and usually take place on the 1st Sunday of each month from 11.00-13.00 – book a space here

Pregnancy is a special time and one of our greatest rites of passage in life, but the sacredness of the journey is sometimes lost with all the hustle and bustle of daily life and the practical preparations we make for the arrival of our baby.

Pregnancy circles provide a supportive and sacred space to come together with other women and birthing people, to share your stories and make friendships. It is a place where you can press ‘pause’, (re)connect and explore the inner journey you are making as you prepare for the birth of your baby.

I have loved attending Jo’s pregnancy circle. It’s been a really nourishing time to pause and reflect on my pregnancy journey so far, as well as speak to other pregnant women about our experiences, questions and concerns. After every session, I’ve left feeling calm, relaxed and empowered for my upcoming birth.

There will be a different focus for each circle, but it will usually involve a shared craft activity and a chance connect with your pregnancy through a guided meditation or drum journey.

I first met Jo at a pregnancy circle she had organised in ten acre wood. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness was evident in every aspect of the session- nice teas, a beautifully laid out space with her own handcrafted items on the altar, delicious homemade cake, quality art materials, books etc and she held the space gently and beautifully. It was exactly what I needed.

Jo’s pregnancy circle is such a sacred space. It was exactly what my wild and primal pregnant self needed. We connected with nature, with ourselves and with other beautiful souls. Jo lead the space with such a calm and confident energy that I felt instantly at ease with her. Her group brought me so much peace in what can be such a hectic and loud time in life. It has also allowed me to connect with families walking similar paths to ours and created friendships that I feel will last a lifetime. Such a precious gift, thank you Jo.
